A leading smart manufacturing base in Malaysia, specializing in the R&D and production of high-end precision equipment, required a lightweight, high-precision lifting solution for its new assembly workshop. With a compact layout and strict requirements for noise levels and space efficiency, the client sought a customized system to support frequent, small-batch material handling.
Needs Assessment & Solution Design
Upon receiving the inquiry, Harriet, Sales Manager at Yu’an Crane, conducted an on-site survey immediately. Through in-depth discussions with the client’s production and maintenance teams, the core requirements were clearly defined:
- 2.8-ton lifting capacity per unit, with multiple cranes operating in tandem to cover the entire workshop

Custom Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Once the proposal was confirmed, Yu’an Crane’s production team began custom manufacturing. The entire process adhered to EU FEM standards: main beams were welded from high-strength steel and inspected via non-destructive testing; all electrical components were sourced from top international brands to ensure stability.

On-Site Installation & Personnel Training
Upon delivery, Yu’an Crane’s installation team completed the suspended track laying and equipment assembly in just 3 days. During commissioning, technicians calibrated the lifting and travel precision of each unit repeatedly, ensuring the anti-sway system responded to the client’s exact specifications.
Harriet’s team also delivered a 2-day training program for the client’s operators and maintenance staff, covering safety protocols, daily inspection checklists, and troubleshooting, empowering the client to operate the equipment independently and safely.
