Overview

This product is a new type of lifting equipment that combines the hoisting mechanism of CD1/MD1 electric hoists with the functionality of a winch. Featuring an inline structure with coaxial arrangement of motor, gearbox, and drum, it integrates the mature technology of electric hoists with the large rope capacity of winches, ideal for space-constrained environments requiring long-distance traction or vertical lifting.

Introduction

Based on the hoisting mechanism of electric hoists, the Inline Electric Hoist Type Winch removes the traveling trolley and is directly mounted on a fixed base. The motor drives the drum through the gearbox to wind and unwind the wire rope. Compared to traditional winches, it offers a more compact structure and higher transmission efficiency; compared to ordinary electric hoists, it provides larger rope capacity and wider adaptability.

Structural Components

Hoisting Motor: Conical rotor motor with integrated brake; axial rotor movement during power-on releases brake, spring pressure applies brake when power is off.
Gearbox: Three-stage parallel shaft helical gear transmission with precision-machined gears for smooth operation and low noise.
Drum Assembly: Wire rope arranged in spiral grooves; both ends secured with press plates to prevent loosening.
Wire Rope: Cross-wound steel wire rope with high safety factor and good wear resistance.
