Overview

The Multi-Purpose Electric Hoist is a new type of light-duty lifting equipment featuring an all-aluminum housing design. It integrates the main functions of electric hoists and winches, offering advantages such as small size, light weight, compact structure, fast heat dissipation, and convenient operation . Powered by a side-magnet brake motor combined with a speed changer to drive the drum, it achieves lifting and traction of goods . The power supply can be either household 220V or industrial 380V, making it widely applicable for material handling in construction, decoration, warehouses, small factories, and mines .

Introduction

The Aluminum Housing Multi-Purpose Electric Hoist mainly consists of a motor, gearbox, drum, wire rope, hook, and base . Its core design highlight is the all-aluminum housing, which, compared to traditional iron housing motors, offers significant advantages such as faster heat dissipation, lighter weight, and higher efficiency . The motor drives the drum to rotate forward and reverse through the gearbox, enabling the lifting and traction of goods. The hoist typically uses electromagnetic braking (side-magnet brake) for braking, with automatic braking upon power failure, ensuring safe and reliable operation . This product can be used with a single rope or double rope; when used with double rope, the lifting capacity doubles .

Suction Cup Brake, Safe and Reliable: High-tech suction cup brake offers excellent braking performance, long life, simple structure without needing brake gap adjustment. When power is off or the switch is turned off, the suction cup brakes immediately, preventing any slipping .
Planetary Gear Transmission, Wear-resistant and Durable: Planetary gears and transmission plates directly drive the drum. Gears are heat-treated and precision-machined for unique wear resistance. Each gear is supported by bearings, ensuring firmness, durability, and high efficiency .
Double Wire Rope Fixation, Prevents Shedding: PT screws on the drum provide an additional safety measure compared to ordinary rope fixation, effectively preventing wire rope detachment with high strength and safety .
Multi-purpose Mounting Bracket, Flexible Installation: Made of high-grade steel through one-piece stamping, it can be mounted on hoisting frames, elevators, and steel beams .
Multiple Voltage Options: Available with 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase power to meet different site electricity requirements .
Single/Double Rope Dual Use: Lifting capacity doubles when used with double rope, adapting to lifting needs of different weights .

Structural Components

Motor: Class E insulation, 100% pure copper windings, aluminum housing. Built-in side-magnet brake automatically brakes when power is off .
Gearbox: Made of ductile cast iron FCD-45, strong ductility, not easily broken. CNC machined for high precision and low resistance . Internal planetary gear transmission with high-strength titanium alloy gears ensures low noise and durability .
Drum Assembly: Planetary gears and transmission plates directly drive the drum, allowing easy wire rope replacement or direction change . PT screws on the drum secure the wire rope to prevent detachment .
Mounting Frame: Multi-purpose frame made of high-grade steel through one-piece stamping, mountable on hoisting frames, elevators, and steel beams . Integrated thickened base with four holes for easy installation .
Hook Assembly: 360-degree rotating hook prevents wire rope twisting due to load rotation. Hook features a safety latch to prevent accidental detachment of slings .
Wire Rope: Cross-wound steel wire rope, diameters vary by model: 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 7.0mm, 8.0mm, etc. .
Electrical Control: Standard pendant controller, optional wireless remote control. Power connection must include a leakage circuit breaker and overload protection .
